Charlotte is Director of Projects and Corporate Operations at the Foundation. In this role she is responsible for the three main project areas of the Foundation as well as all corporate operations.

Charlotte joined the Foundation in January 2009, having spent the previous 6 months working for the Foundation as a secondee from JPMorgan Cazenove where she was in UK Corporate Finance specialising in Industrials and Energy. Her areas of focus were UK corporate broking, M&A and equity issuance, both in the UK and international markets. Before working for JPMorgan, Charlotte was based in the United States, working for Jefferies and Company in their Maritime Investment Banking team.

Charlotte holds a BA Hons Degree in Theology from Oxford University, where she was also President of the Oxford Union. After Oxford, she was awarded a Frank Knox Memorial Fellowship to study International Relations and Public Policy at Harvard, where she spent a year at the Kennedy School of Government and Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. She also holds a Master of International Affairs Degree from Columbia University where she was awarded a Fellowship for outstanding achievement.
